Despite building my own PCs for the past 30 years, it was so worthwhile taking my PC in to see Kym to help diagnose a very frustrating intermittent fault. He was super friendly, helpful and generous with his time while trying to sort it out. Kym was an absolute legend! He was enthusiastic, full of energy and a wealth of knowledge. I think he was looking forward to the build more than I was and the results speak for themselves. I came to Kym with a dream build and a few parts that I had accumulated and he ran with it. He built the PC as if it was his own and it looks amazing and performs well above what I was expecting. It was ready to take home, plug in and game away. I highly recommend Kym at PC Gamer for all your PC needs, hes professional enthusiastic and an all round top bloke! Kym absolutely kills it. I got stuck with a broken Allied mess, but Kim took everything that was still good, merged it with a proper build and I've now got a rig I can be proud of. Kym is an absolute legend his knowledge is second to none i had ideas for my dream pc and he made it a reality he was honest and gave me good advice so I didn't waste my money on things I didn't need even though he easily could have charged me more. Great price top tier service and you get the personal touch from a local legend that you just don't get from big online stores. Absolutely outstanding, top-notch premium service from a genuinely great person. Kym at PC Gamer in Erina is definitely the person to see if you value honesty, great advice, genuine interest in your custom build, and the skills and professionalism to deliver a top-tier result at a very reasonable price. I purchased a whole lot of high-quality hardware myself, dropped it off at his open-door workshop, and he had the job finished on time and without any difficulty. When I arrived to pick it up, he even had it plugged in and ready to go for a quick demo and tutorial session. Where else can you get that kind of service, expertise, and meticulous eye for detail? It’s a kick-ass build he’s done for me. I’ve had it for a week, ran all the performance and diagnostic tests, and it’s purring like a kitten—I didn’t have to do a thing. It works perfectly and he made the whole process incredibly smooth so all I had to do was tell him what I want, pay and pick it up. I rang with an enquiry about buying a product for $150 to fix an issue and they very quickly offered alternative solutions for $5-10 that could be purchased from Kmart. They were super helpful when they didn't have to be. Ill definitely call them first with my next build

Getting my computer diagnosed was genuinely a fun and enjoyable experience! Even when realising that my prebuilt from dell was built to fail … XD Kym was super helpful and funny, explained everything well and gave me some good solutions and a free temporary fix to keep my computer from melting while I make up my mind. Been looking to build a top-tier PC and wanted the latest, most affordable graphics card for an absolute beast of a setup. It’s been tough finding the newest cards lately, but Kym came through with a monster — the Sapphire 9070XT — and even upgraded it at no extra charge! Super knowledgeable, kind, and quick with the whole process (had everything ordered and assembled within a week). Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Definitely worth the distance. I recently picked up my new computer from PC Gamer. Kym was fantastic in answering all my questions enthusiastically and giving me great advice and clear instructions on the new system. Kym transferred all my old drives and information over to the new computer, big relief. Fabulous product and customer service. Amazing! Sums up our experience. We recently bought a 4080 super stealth, no RGB lights, all black PC and it's a super beast! Beyond our dreams with performance and quality. Kym answered all our questions promptly and upon pickup gave a demo and showed us the ins and outs and how to best look after the PC. He removed all the annoying Microsoft bloatware (onedrive, ads, teams, etc, etc) that gamers will remove anyway, updated all the drivers and organised our C: drive and dedicated G: gaming drive. Within 30 minutes of getting it home and downloading steam and some games, we were off and gaming. Quite literally a plug and play experience with everything already optimized for gaming. Very happy with the build and with Kym's outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back in the future for another gaming PC build! Highly recommend, well worth the drive.

Kym put together an absolute monster for me - specced out the ears while looking crazy aesthetic. His product knowledge, willingness to help and commitment to the build far outshines prebuilt PC manufacturers (not to mention turnaround time - was in my hands in a few days)! The guy worked out quickly what the issue was, clearly knows what he's doing and helped me out with replacement parts for a very fair price. Had a good chat while he was working on the PC.
