Workstation PCs need to be in use for many years longer than a gaming PC. As such it’s really important to choose a technology platform that is going to have manufacturer support for many years instead of the typical consumer 2 year upgrade cycle.

Minimum 2Yr parts and labour warranty. Many parts in your PC will have a warranty much longer than 2 years. PSUs for example sometimes have a 5year warranty.
